Celebrating the beginning of 2012

My friend and I went to a lookout in Woolwich to watch the 9pm fireworks over Sydney Harbour.  Afterwards, I headed home and stopped in to watch the fireworks at Penrith.

The weather was magical, and the fireworks were great.

Penrith fireworks weren't quite as good (but I didn't expect them to be...)
